Penny and Jenny.

As many say it is out with the old and in with the new. And although I would never call Pepsi and Cola as old and something to get rid of, there departure has meant that I have a new arrival. So I would like to introduce you to my two new bunnies. It is believed that they are girls hence the names.

First off here is Penny.

She is a brown (penny colour) dwarf bunny and very cute. We had a quick cuddle upon arrival. She is malting out, which is what the dark mark is in her back. Soon she will be all the same colour all over. She is as yet not fixed but should be in a couple of weeks when she shall then be up for adoption with her bonded mate.

That brings me on to Jenny.

She is white with the cutest chocolate brown ears. Jenny is also a dwarf bunny, cuddles have also occurred and she is very sweet. She is also waiting to be fixed. So in a couple of weeks they will be ready for a new home.

These little girls are a bonded pair and so will be looking for a home together.

Until that point this cute bunnies are all mine to love and cuddle. I have left them to settle in and can't wait to have cuddles and fun with them over then next couple of weeks. I am sure my little boy is going to love them.

Home Sweet Home!

I am sad yet glad to say that it appears that Pepsi and Cola have gone onto better lives with another home hopefully. Things are not 100% as of yet but a family have seen them and appear to have fallen for them, as lets face it who could not. This means however that since they should move soon they have already left me. I did however manage to get some pictures of my two little guys today before they left. I will miss them but so glad that they now have a family to love them and play with them.

Running free!

I am afraid no picture this time. But the pair of them are still having great fun. I had them out the other day while my son was playing and they had great fun running around the toys and up to my son who would give them a stroke before they dash off again. I also had a nice cuddle with the both of them. I am really hoping that they get a new home soon as they would give someone great joy.

All good!

The boys seem to have fully recovered from their little operation the other week and have been running around everywhere. I have let them out in the playroom and it has been great fun to see them dash around the room like they are being chased. I have also had some very nice cuddles with them over the last couple of days. So all is good.

It's a Boy!

The debate is finally over they are both boys! The vet confirmed it as they went for a visit to have a little op. This does mean however that my boys are now up for adoption. I can't say enough great things about these bunnies. I have often had then out while my son is playing and then will run up to him and have a sniff before dashing off again. Being 17 months old my little guy is not the gentlest but they take it in their stride. They are also very willing to have a cuddle while you hold them with a little lick every now and again.

I hope that they will get a home quickly as they are a true delight. This picture is of them recovering after the vet today. They had tough day but a carrot was waiting along with a clean cage full of great hay.

Video

This little video was taken a couple of days ago. I let them out in my son's playroom and they had a great time running through the toys and jumping around.

Bigger by the day!

The bunnies are getting bigger all the time. I find it hard to remember how tiny they were when they arrived. Cola is still the smaller of the two but with the bigger and braver personality. She is the one wearing the trousers between the two that is for sure. We had some friends over yesterday and they brought with them some kids and I have to say that the bunnies did really well with all the noise and everything. Pepsi as usual was the more timid of the two but quickly settled down for some cuddles. Cola wanted to be here and there and everywhere. It is great fun watching them run around when I let them out as both are used to their surroundings and so now there is no stopping them in their running around. Pepsi still however wants a cuddle and a lick at the end of it all.
